Helpdash is built by a team of operators who ran helpdesk operations themselves — for SaaS products, agency clients, and managed-service customer portfolios. The pattern was always the same: every existing tool either could not isolate one client's data from another, charged per agent in a way that punished growth, or required a rebuild every time we onboarded a new client brand.
So we built the helpdesk we wished we had. Multi-tenant from the first commit, priced per workspace instead of per seat, and engineered so every business model in the codebase carries a tenant_id global scope — making cross-tenant data leakage physically impossible from authenticated routes.
Our principles
- Honest about what it does. Our marketing copy is regenerated from the actual modules in the codebase. If we say it, it ships.
- Boring is good. Laravel 13, React 18, PostgreSQL, Redis. No framework-of-the-month.
- Localised by default. Azerbaijani, English, Russian, and Turkish on day one — both agent and customer surfaces.
- Respect the operator. Every sensitive action is in the audit log. Data exports work. The OpenAPI spec is auto-generated and complete.
- Per-tenant, not per-organisation. A workspace is a tenant. One bill, one admin panel, real isolation.
