We want you to be sure Helpdash fits your team before you pay a cent — and to make it painless if it doesn't work out afterwards. This policy explains how trials, refunds, and cancellations work.
1. Try before you pay
Every Helpdash plan starts with a 14-day free trial (Enterprise includes a 30-day evaluation). No payment details are required to start, so you can evaluate the full plan — ticketing, and on higher tiers live chat, automation, SLAs, and the knowledge base — before any money changes hands.
2. Payments are handled by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which means Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoice, and handles refunds to your original payment method. Purchases are subject to Paddle's terms, including its buyer terms.
3. Refunds
If Helpdash isn't working out, contact us within 14 days of a charge — whether it's your first payment or a renewal — and we will arrange a refund of that charge. To request one:
- Email support@helpdash.io from the email address on the account, quoting your workspace slug or invoice number; or
- Reply to your Paddle order confirmation / invoice email, which reaches Paddle's buyer support directly.
Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method; once approved they typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Requests made more than 14 days after a charge are not refunded automatically, but email us anyway — we review them case by case, and we never charge you again once you've cancelled.
We may decline refunds where we find abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or violations of our terms of service).
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your workspace billing screen, or by emailing support@helpdash.io. Cancellation stops auto-renewal: you keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and nothing further is charged. There is no cancellation fee. After cancellation your data remains exportable for 30 days, then it is permanently deleted.
