A multi-tenant help desk is a single platform that hosts many isolated workspaces (tenants) at once. Each tenant has its own data, branding and settings, fully separated from the others, while one team can work across all of them without juggling separate logins or instances.
It's the model that fits agencies, MSPs and resellers who support many brands. The isolation should be real (row-level, not just hidden in the UI), and paired with white-label branding per workspace. Helpdash was built multi-tenant first.
