How quickly do you reply?
Sales: within one business day, usually same-day in UK/EU hours. Support: free plans within 24 hours, Pro within 4 hours, Enterprise within 1 hour or per your SLA.
Do you offer onboarding help?
Yes — every Pro plan includes a 30-minute migration call. Enterprise plans include a named onboarding engineer and a custom integration plan.
Can I talk to engineering directly?
Once you’re on a paid plan, yes. Pro customers get a private Slack Connect channel; Enterprise get a dedicated technical contact.
Where do I report a security issue?
Email security@helpdash.io with a description and reproduction steps. We respond within 24 hours and run a public bug bounty on HackerOne.
